Our warranty covers the parts of a piece you rely on: the frame, the suspension and the workmanship.
What is covered
Warranty period: [WARRANTY PERIOD TO CONFIRM] from the date of delivery, for the original purchaser, on frames, suspension and manufacturing defects.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including the softening of foam and the natural relaxing of covers.
- Variation in colour, grain and texture in natural materials.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, unsuitable cleaning products, or commercial use unless the piece was bought under our trade terms.
- Fading from prolonged direct sunlight.
Making a claim
Contact us through report a problem with your order number and photographs. We assess, then repair, replace the part, or replace the piece, in that order of preference.
