How it works
- You order. We confirm by email and reserve your piece.
- When the order is ready, our delivery partner contacts you to agree a date and a time window.
- On the day, the team carries the piece in, unpacks it, assembles it and takes the packaging away.
Before the day
Measure your doorways, stairwell and lift, and compare them with the dimensions on the product page. The size guide walks through the measurements that matter. If access is tight, tell us in advance. We would rather solve it before the van arrives.
Settling in
Compressed foam and fresh upholstery need a little time. Seats reach their intended shape within one to three days of normal use.
