Report a Problem

Damage in transit, a missing part or a fault. This is the fastest route, and it is handled separately from ordinary returns.

Report it within

Transport damage should be reported within [DAMAGE REPORTING WINDOW TO CONFIRM] of delivery, and ideally noted with the delivery team on the day.

What to send us

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the fault, plus one photograph of the whole piece for context.
  • A photograph of the packaging if the damage looks like it happened in transit.
  • The label under the seat, which carries the batch reference.

Where to send it

[CLAIMS EMAIL TO CONFIRM], or from the contact page.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge within [CLAIM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TIME TO CONFIRM] on working days.
  2. We assess from the photographs, and arrange an inspection if we need one.
  3. We repair, replace the part, or replace the piece, in that order of preference.

Missing parts

Fittings and small components are shipped separately and usually arrive within [SPARE PART DELIVERY TIME TO CONFIRM].

What the guarantee covers is set out under warranty; changing your mind is covered under returns and exchanges.
