Your order is already covered. If a piece arrives damaged we repair or replace it at our cost. That is the law and it is our policy, with or without this. Nothing here changes that.
What this adds is speed. Send a photograph and your claim jumps the queue: the replacement is dispatched as soon as we have seen the photograph, rather than after the damaged piece has travelled back to us. We collect the damaged one from you afterwards, at a time that suits you. The handover is documented at both ends, so nothing rests on remembering who said what.
Worth it on a large rug you would rather not have twice in your hallway for a week. Not worth it on a bedside mat.
