One continuous band, folded. It comes up off the floor as a leg, runs flat as a seat, drops into a deep V and climbs again, so the whole bench is a single ribbon caught mid-fold. Nothing is bolted on. Nothing looks structural.

The band is upholstered in cream bouclé with one fine seam tracing its edge, which is the only line on the piece and the thing that makes the fold read as deliberate rather than accidental.

The V is deep enough to sit in. It gives you a second, lower place to perch at one end, or a slot to stand a bag or a folded blanket in.

In cream, in two lengths: 120 and 140 cm.
